Automatic Renewal

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually), using the payment method on file.

Refund Policy

General Refunds

  • All purchases are considered final. Game Squire offers a digital, subscription-based service; therefore, we do not typically offer refunds.
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at the discretion of Game Squire for exceptional circumstances. Examples of such circumstances might include technical issues that prevent access to the subscription service.

Trial Periods

  • If a subscription begins with a free trial period, and the user cancels the subscription before the trial period ends, they will not be charged.
