- When a creature within 5 feet of you makes an attack against a target other than you, you can use your reaction to make a melee weapon attack against that creature.
- Creatures within 5 feet of you have their speed reduced by half.
- If you hit a creature with an opportunity attack, you can choose to reduce their speed to 0 for the rest of their turn.
